Poses of male figures/gesture and 1 female gesture

Simple poses of the male figure that I attempted to draw out of my imagination and a couple that I have needed a reference for. Not as "dynamic" as the dynamic male poses upload, however, this was before I sketched those drawings. I guess my progress is vaguely evident don't you think?
